I held an 8-week old baby girl this weekend! Sweet Pea is now 10-weeks old. So, she is close to what I held in my arms yesterday. All I can say is WOW!!! As much as I love babies, it has been a awhile since I have held one this small.
I have done all the paperwork, planning & preparing . . . but this moment of holding a tiny (did I say TINY!) baby in my arms absolutely brought how little & small Sweet Pea is FRONT & CENTER in my mind!
Excited - - - YES!
Overwhelmed - - - YES!
Scared - - - I'll admit, YES!
But, I also know this is where I need to be & what I need to do! Stepping out on faith - - - with a firm committment!
My children are God given . . . DEFINATELY!!!

Deep breathing!!! They don't stay little for long. We were just looking at pictures of when we first met Cassi and she's changed so much! She and Kai got into the hall closet and are running around the living room in their winter coats playing--too funny! Sweet Pea and Nicky will be playing in no time. Will you be able to blog from Pakistan?

Yes, I will be blogging from Pakistan. Actually, I will probably be doing some work as well (at least keeping up on my emails!). The guest house we will be staying at has all the amenities!
I'm planning on enjoying every minute of my baby girl's babyhood! I'm not fearful of babyhood, just scared that I'm sooo close to having a baby & there are "unknowns" with being one of the 1st in Pakistan w/LH! But, I do know that LH will be with me every step of the way. LH would not put my family in harms way & would not steer me down a path that they had not researched & blessed.
