I think we are READY! . . .

Well, "T minus 1 day" left and . . . I think we are finally READY!!! I just can't wait to hold Sweet Pea!

I thought I would post the final "stuff" necessary for Sweet Pea's arrival.

Changing table ---(thanks K.)

Bassinet/crib - - - (I happened across this & just couldn't pass it up!!!)

Infant Swing - - -(and the matching swing - who could resist???)

Car Seat/Stroller - - -(can't wait to see Sweet Pea in this!)

I think we are ready to finally make this all real! It really has been so much fun planning for an infant. For this Mama, who never thought tiny "babyhood" would even be an option, this has been such a surreal experience.

I was shopping in Babies R Us for baby bottles & becoming ever so confused with all the options & trying to decide between glass or plastic! Then all of a sudden, just right there in the baby bottle aisle, it finally hit me, "I'm going to have a baby, a tiny baby. Small enough to have to buy bottles with a "slow-flow" nipple." The tears started to fall! The pregnant woman next to me must have thought I was really crazy or something, because she looked sideways at me & then slowly walked away! LOL! Anyway, I had my surreal "reality" moment in the baby bottle aisle! I still have to pinch myself to make sure I'm not dreaming!

I know I won't really, really "get it" that it is really "real" until I'm on the plane Saturday, finally flying to Pakistan to meet & take custody of my sweet baby girl.

I simply can't believe I'm here, at this point . . . so AMAZING!!!
